The 2017/18 accounts documents can be viewed on the Council Finances page.

Information is also provided concerning the Public Inspection of Accounts period – this is a 30 working day period running from Monday 4th June through to Friday 13th July – where the background papers can be viewed (and copied for a fee of 10p per A4 page). If you wish to inspect the background papers that make up the accounts documents, please contact the clerk at clerk@amcottsparish.co.uk or on 07429 264938 to arrange a mutually convenient time.

The Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council will commence at 7pm to be immediately followed by the May Full Council Meeting, with the venue for this and ALL meetings now being St Marks Church.

Note: the AGM of the Parish Council is NOT the same as the Annual Parish Meeting which was held on 23rd April.

The Annual Parish Meeting is NOT a Parish Council meeting, it is a meeting of the village.

It is a chance to come together as a community to get updates from various groups/organisations of interest to the village and to see where we are going in the year ahead, whilst having a forum for community input and ideas.
